How do I book the Sauwce Food truck for an event?
We offer convenient contact-less delivery to your home or business. Most of our deliveries are done on Monday for the week. We can also do meetups, work drop offs, or next-day drop offs if Monday is too busy for you.
Where can I find the trucks location?
Sauwce delivers meal preps within a 30 mile radius from our kitchen prep space in Lowell MA. However, we are always open to expanding our market! If you would like to request food delivery to your area, please ask.
Can I order online?
Heating options: The oven is your best friend if you have a bit of time! You can also use a sauce pan on low heat to warm up your meal. If you are pressed for time, you can use the Microwave in a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 2 minutes, mix, then add another 2 minutes of heating time. Keep covered and let it rest for one minute before opening.
Do you deliver?
You can refrigerate your Sauwce meals up to 6 days.
All food is made fresh, NO COOKING NEEDED. Simply warm up, and enjoy!
Do you do catering ?
Yes, we cater to all diets! Our weekly menu provides a variety of options. We can also schedule a phone call with you to discuss your specific requests.
How often do the menus change?
The Sauwce menu changes every Wednesday at 5:30pm - and stays till Saturday at 5:30pm.
Meal deliveries go out on Mondays, starting at 12noon.

Prepared meals, conveniently delivered to you, will save time, as well as provide variety to your daily meals, and best of all give you a healthy balance to your day!
